About the Event
If your focus is on eating for optimal wellness in the most delicious way possible, Nourish (also known as Buddha) Bowls, should be a part of your repertoire. In this workshop we’ll show you how!
During this small-group cooking class, we’ll create several Nourish Bowls with three different flavour profiles with a variety of elements in each – Asian, Mediterranean and Middle-Eastern, and teach you the foundations of delicious and visually beautiful Nourish Bowls that can be re-created with minimum effort in your own kitchen.
The class will be primarly demonstrated recipes with some opportunity for hands-on participation, which will leave you confident about recreating them at home.
As we cook, we’ll have the opportunity to chat about food choices including seasonal ingredients, the healing properties of oil-free, whole, plant based foods and explore the current fad diets and food trends. You’ll learn some food styling tips & tricks to allow you make your culinary creations sparkle, and be provided with a comprehensive recipe booklet to take home.
The workshop will culminate in a sit down feast with the presenters, so we can savour our meal together, and talk all things health, wellness and deliciousness as we eat.
