While the best results are seen with a 100% whole food, plant based diet, it’s also true that many people in the Blue Zones include small amounts of animal products and are some of the longest-lived communities in the world, thanks to the protective power of their plant-rich diets. We’re here to help you find the best balance for you.

HOW DO ONLINE APPOINTMENTS WORK?
It’s very simple. Before your appointment, you’ll be emailed a link. You just click on the link at your appointment time and you’ll be taken to a site where we’ll be able to see each other in real time via video link up. If there are any problems, I’m only a phone call away, so we’ll still be able to go ahead with your coaching session.
